Machine has a brand new Control (CPU) Board from Revox. Record, Dolby and I/O boards have been recapped. Reel motors rebuilt with ball bearings. New pinch rollers, serviced and lubricated. Revox wireless remote.

Electrolytic capacitors replaced. Trimmer pots replaced. Reel motors rebuilt using ball bearings instead of the brass bushings. Serviced and lubricated. Calibrated for Maxell UDXLI, UDXLII and MX. Operating level is +4db, XLR I/O, studio standard but will set to any operating level you'd like. I've converted it to standalone but the rack mounts are included. See picture. Studer A721 Cassette Deck

These were the pinnacle of cassette teechology. 3 microprocessors control all aspects of the machine. 4 motor, 3 head. No belts. Dual capstan. Auto calibration with storage for 7 different types of tape. Built like a tank and rare.

This deck has been has been fully recapped and serviced. All electrolytics caps replaced, transport cleaned and lubed with the correct PDP65 oil, internally calbirated with the Revox cal tool. Heads look great. XLR balanced in/out, +4db studio standard but will set to any operating level you'd like. Sounds amazing!
